Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client work by supporting engagement managers and leading project workstreams.
• Analyse client challenges, design strategic solutions, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Drive operational effectiveness and ensure risk, quality, and compliance standards are met.
• Contribute to thought leadership and share expertise across teams.
• Support the development of business models, operating models, and capabilities to realise clients' strategic visions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Science, Business Administration/Management, Information Systems/Computer Science, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• 4-6 years' experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a tier-one professional services firm.
• Experience working across strategy or related projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to team or delivery leadership within a project engagement is advantageous.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience in one or more industry domains: Energy, Financial Services, Government, Technology, Media, or related sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and manage change with ease.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving innovative solutions.
