Job Description Special Qualifications, Education or Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate. Three years' experience in a similar position in an upscale Convention Hotel or Restaurant Food Handler Certification required. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Compute basic arithmetic to include percentages. Knowledge of all stations in the Banquet Kitchen. Previous guest relations training and experience.
