Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce plans, capability needs, and talent gaps. Leading end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to support short and long‑term business objectives.
- Provide insights on talent availability and market trends.
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in talent attraction and selection by applying best-practices strategies to improve diversity in hiring and internal mobility.
- Involve in TA projects and initiatives, including but not limited to talent branding, career fairs, process improvement and STEM outreach efforts.
- Deliver exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection practices, facilitate/lead debrief sessions and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Manage expectations from stakeholders and timelines with proactive communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience infull life cycle recruiting, preferably with a combination of agency andcorporate experience including experience recruiting technology and engineeringfocused talent.
- Strong in direct sourcing,especially sourcing from regional/global talent data base to attract passivecandidates.
- Track record of recruitingdiverse roles in both complexity, difficulty and volume.
- Experience developing sourcingstrategies, data-driven recruitment and the ability to use data to driverecruitment strategy
- Excellent communication skill,able to positively influence at different levels of an organization up tosenior levels, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates
- Strong ownership and drive tomeet and exceed the goals, learning mindset, good team player, resilience, adaptableand Agile.
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and handlediverse issues.
