Responsibilities

  • Manage, validate, clean and reconcile, large and complex pension datatsets using Excel, pension database, and other analytical tools.
  • Use advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data‑quality checks) to support calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Work with pension administration systems and database tools to maintain accurate member and asset records.

  • Assist in reviewing and verifying work completed by team members to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Train and support new analysts on data processes, insolvency procedures, and pension administration tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvements, and assist with special projects involving data analysis or system enhancements.
  • Continue building technical knowledge through internal training, including exposure to programming or automation tools where applicable.
