About the role

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the COMMAND INSPECTOR GENERAL OFFICE of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service, or in the public or private sector performing command inspections and investigations to prevent or detect fraud, waste, and abuse and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Examples may include conducting and leading complex investigations, including determining scope, developing investigative plans, gathering and analyzing evidence, and preparing authoritative investigative reports, evaluating programs for compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls, and providing independent findings and recommendations to leadership, and managing or overseeing an Inspector General inspection or investigation, including coordinating with external investigative and audit agencies and advising management officials on external agencies' processes.
