- Stay close to the product through hands-on engagement, playtesting, and early design reviews to identify risks
Requirements
- Strong advocate for the use of AI to enhance QA workflows and outcomes
- Proven experience leading QA teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with strong ownership and prioritisation abilities
- Able to balance quality, speed, and business needs effectively
- Experience driving QA processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing external vendors or distributed teams
