  • Proven experience in project coordination, planning, and follow-up activities
  • Experience working in Agile teams and project-oriented organizations
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Experience working within automotive, vehicle development, or engineering environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance technical details with a broader project perspective
