Your new role In this role, you will oversee price delivery activities to ensure the efficient and accurate deployment of price changes, including managing the overall implementation plan and complying with relevant governing documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing end to end testing across policy administration and pricing systems including Guidewire PolicyCenter and Earnix. Key Responsibilities for this role: Track and document price changes, maintain an accurate pricing database, and adhere to governance requirements. Develop and maintain materials for rating structures, testing processes, and pricing deployments. Perform testing and improve testing tools and processes with a focus on automation and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate price testing and deployment, providing clear communication and professional support. Analyse and resolve test results to address errors before deployment, while demonstrating a customer-focused approach and flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support. About you: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify gaps and uncover opportunities for improvement. Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of stakeholders. Effective planning and coordination skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams to deliver outcomes. Ability to follow documented processes with minimal supervision, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of general insurance products, processes and pricing systems, with experience using tools such as Guidewire PolicyCenter and Earnix.
