We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to join our Opto-MechanicalAssembly team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh polytechnicgraduates who are passionate about precision engineering, optics, and hands-ontechnical work. As anAssistant Engineer, you will be involved in the assembly, testing, andcalibration of high-precision optical and mechanical components. You willwork closely with engineers and production teams to support the development andmanufacturing of advanced opto-mechanical systems used in various high-techapplications. KeyResponsibilities Assist in the assembly of optical and mechanical components in a clean, controlled environment Perform alignment, bonding, and integration of optical parts using specialized tools and fixtures Design fixtures and maintain the fixture DWGs to aid technician in the assembly build Support testing, inspection, and calibration of assembled units to ensure quality and performance standards Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and SOPs Report assembly issues and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems Collaborate with engineers to improve assembly processes and product reliability Maintain documentation for production records and quality compliance
