Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
• Support implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
• Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
• Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
• Support continuous improvement of work processes
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Requirements

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
• You have an organized working style with a strong focus on details
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English , knowledge of additional language such as German or French will be a strong asset.
• You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team player and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams

• The position will be located in Wrocław, Poland.
• The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
• This job requires regular work from office every week in hybrid working model (3 days per week from the office).
