Job Duties Exemplifies the image of "Aloha" while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Answer internal and external telephone calls with company standard greetings in a friendly and courteous manner, direct calls through the hotel switchboard. Input wake-up calls and messages, retrieve messages as requested. Actively coordinate communications within the hotel including emergency procedures, alarms, life safety, natural disaster. Coordinates with housekeeping, room service, and other department with guest requests. Acting as a liaison to all appropriate local emergency services. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others. Come Work Here!
