Responsibilities

- In collaboration with the retail learning academy team, develop and update local marketing guides, webinars or workshops for pharmacy owners.
- Create timelines for all projects and strictly a dhere to deadlines and budgets .
- Collaborate closely with the graphic studio and follow up on studio briefs for graphic projects .
- Execute all billing for local marketing initiatives and programs
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree , or equivalent, in a marketing, digital marketing , or communications related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail , pharmacy, or healthcare
- Proven track record of being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of marketing principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- E xperience with social media, Meta Business Manager, Google marketing platforms, Google Analytics
- Experience with Asana project management software is a plus
- Experience with billing and/or SAP is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (in English)
- Customer-centric m indset and strong interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with pharmacy owners via email and phone on a regular basis
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and budgets

Job Summary Reporting to The Medicine Shoppe Marketing Manager, the Sr Associate, Local Marketing will be responsible for the coordination and deployment of local marketing programs and initiatives across The Medicine Shoppe pharmacies in Rest of Canada (Canada excluding Quebec) . The Sr Associate will plan, recommend and implement local marketing solutions to support pharmacy owners as needed. With strong attention to detail, the Sr Associate is action-oriented and has the ability to successfully lead multiple projects and meet deadlines. The y are expected to collaborate and share best practices with other local marketing Associates in The Medicine Shoppe and other pharmacy banners .
