Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantities by performing quantity take-off, sourcing materials, and measuring during tendering processes
• Manage tender activities to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Obtain, compile, and evaluate supplier and vendor quotations aligned with tender and contract specifications
• Process progress claims, variation orders, and finalize accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Attend site meetings with clients to discuss project progress and resolve issues as needed
• Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Quantity Surveyor Manager to support project objectives
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience
• Proficiency in Cubicost Glodon software is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
