This role You are an experienced Recruiter with full-cycle experience, from talent sourcing and attracting diverse candidates to interviewing and hiring employees who are a great fit for a successful, high-growth Series C Fintech company. The ideal candidate has the ability to perform Engineering and Go To Market recruiting processes. You have demonstrated success collaborating with department leaders, especially engineering and product, to understand their teams and hiring needs. You are able to source and attract diverse candidates through a variety of innovative and creative means. Our ideal Recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
