Get to Know the Team Grab B2B is the B2B SaaS team within Grab that helps to simplify business transportation, corporate food and package deliveries and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive in our Grab B2B team to support and grow our expanding SMB client portfolio across Indonesia. Get to Know the Role Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-industry SMB accounts, driving revenue via upselling and cross-selling Grab for Business solutions in collaboration with the Mid-Market/SMB team. This role reports to the SMB Lead and requires on-site presence at the Jakarta office under a contract employment arrangement. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Manage a multi-industry SMB account portfolio, driving revenue growth via proactive upselling, cross-selling, and managing a healthy sales pipeline from both inbound and outbound leads. Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding and product training to regular business reviews, while building strong stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction. Maintain deep knowledge of Grab's B2B suite to effectively translate technical features into clear business benefits and value propositions for clients. Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce CRM, using data analytics and pipeline reporting to improve account strategies and prioritize high-value opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to deliver seamless client experiences, support new launches, and increase sales process improvements. What Essential Skills You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years of experience in B2B/inside sales or account management (SaaS/tech preferred). Bilingual fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong, experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect across all communication channels. Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce) with the Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations sales metrics to drive account strategies. Deep understanding of B2B consultative selling, solution-based approaches, and the specific business challenges faced by SMB decision-makers.
