Responsibilities

  • Strong geotechnical, geophysical, seismic or offshore operational background may compensate for limited commercial experience
  • Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken)

Job Description As Senior Business Development Manager for Marine Site Characterization (MSC) in Norway, you will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting the conversion of opportunities into wins. Working as part of the regional commercial team, you will contribute to business development, tendering, and contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with technical specialists, project managers, and operations to develop competitive, value-driven proposals and deliver integrated solutions. In addition, you will interface with regional commercial and business development teams to ensure alignment on strategy, market positioning, and client engagement.
