About the role

Reserves various requests which come through different mediums. Organizes reservation records either by date of arrival or alphabetically. Prepares both confirmation and cancellation letters regarding reservations. Has prior knowledge about hotels, trains, airlines etc. Tracks room facilities. Education: 4-year bachelor's degree Experience: At least 2 years of work experience Foreign Language: Sufficient level of foreign language knowledge to keep track of related literature. Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the field. Computer Literacy: MS Office applications, Front Office computer system. Special Qualifications: Has knowledge of the legislation / practices / systems in the related field.
