We're looking for an experienced Electronics Technician to build, inspect, test, and troubleshoot wiring harnesses and electronic assemblies in a fast-paced, start-up style environment. You'll work closely with engineering and production, in the field as well as a controlled production environment, to support rapid iteration, shifting priorities, and continuous improvement-while maintaining high workmanship standards. Harness definition and scope may vary project-to-project. You will be expected to work collaboratively with team members, leaning on communication skills to ensure high quality and accurate workmanship This role is hands-on and detail-driven: you'll be assembling harnesses and electronics to IPC standards, performing EOL testing (hi-pot, DMM, continuity, etc.), documenting results, and driving quality improvements when issues arise.
