About the role
Support the strategic management and growth of the Hematology and Transplant portfolio, with a primary focus on the Prevymis (letermovir) brand. Assist in the execution of marketing strategies, market access, and lifecycle management to drive brand awareness and clinical adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Brand Marketing & Execution (Prevymis focus)
- Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans, including tactical marketing activities and digital campaigns to drive brand positioning.
- Support the creation of high-impact promotional materials, clinical education tools, and medical communication resources tailored to transplant centers and hematology departments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient journey insights to identify growth opportunities for CMV prophylaxis in HSCT and transplant patients.
- KOL Engagement & Professional Education
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the fields of Hematology, Stem Cell Transplantation, and Nephrology.
- Organize and execute medical education initiatives, including local symposia, advisory boards, and hospital-based training sessions to update clinicians on clinical evidence and guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Lifecycle Management
- Partner closely with the Medical, Market Access, and Sales teams to translate clinical strategies into effective in-field execution and ensure optimal access/reimbursement environments.
- Participate in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including supporting new indication launches and addressing lifecycle challenges.
- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure timely product supply and strict adherence to internal compliance policies.
- WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Life Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with exposure to product marketing or sales in oncology/hematology/specialty care.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of HSCT and the transplant or hospital environment is highly preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English and Chinese, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
