Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
• Prepare tender submission
• Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Finalise project accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Requirement
• Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction Sector in Singapore
• Candidates with road, drainage, infrastructure/civil works experience preferred
• Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends
• Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
• Salary range will be based on experience in Singapore

- Monday to Saturday - 5.5 days - Working hours: 0830-1830 (Mon-Fri), 0830-1230 (Sat)
