We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile squads, foster collaboration, and drive high-quality product delivery. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and momentum Collaborate with Product Owners to align strategy with execution and manage sprint backlogs effectively Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and create integrated delivery schedules Coach squads in Agile methodologies, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency What are the key skills we are looking for? Agile Frameworks - advanced level; applying Scrum practices to guide squads through high-value releases Stakeholder Management - intermediate level; partnering with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align execution Accountability - intermediate level; ensuring squads adhere to Agile principles and deliver within timeboxes Design Thinking - intermediate level; facilitating problem-solving sessions that enhance team efficiency Continuous Improvement - intermediate level; coaching teams to reflect and adapt processes for better outcomes Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and escalating obstacles that could impact delivery Coaching - developing level; supporting team members to improve skills and performance Change Management - developing level; guiding squads through process adjustments and organizational shifts What qualifications will make you successful?
