Technology Lead

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in full stack development with production-grade deployments in AWS.
• Experience designing multi-tiered architectures with clean separation of presentation, business, and data layers.
• Previous exposure to RAG pipelines, semantic search, or secure integration of LLMs in production environments.
• Familiarity with secure development practices and cloud governance frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, CCSK, or CCSP.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance , healthcare , or insurance .
• Required Skills:
• Frontend : JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, REST API integration, HTML/CSS.
• Backend : Python (with FastAPI or Flask), RESTful API development, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• AWS Services : EC2, S3, CloudFront, WAF, Glue, Elastic Beanstalk, Fargate, Secrets Manager, Glacier.
• AI/ML Integration : Experience with OpenAI APIs or AWS Bedrock, RAG pipelines, PGVector, OpenSearch.
• DevOps : Terraform, Git, CI/CD practices.
• Security : Familiarity with identity management, network and data segmentation, secure data storage and transmission.
• General : Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proactive mindset.
