Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. Observe how client relationships and business development are managed. Recruitment & Executive Search Fundamentals Learn how to source and identify talent market research. Support end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate processes efficiently. Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, and client reports. Assist consultants in delivering quality search outcomes for clients. Career Development Receive structured training and on-the-job coaching. Be mentored by experienced consultants who will support your growth. Gain valuable exposure to a fast-paced, client-facing professional environment. Who We're Looking For Open to undergraduates, recent graduates, and degree holders from all disciplines.
