Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in sales, ideally selling to SMBs in SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota
  • Comfort and confidence selling directly to small business owners
  • Strong closing skills and a bias toward action
  • CRM proficiency and the ability to pick up new tools quickly

As a Senior Account Executive at CardFlight, you'll sell SwipeSimple Connect, our CRM and payment processing solution, directly to small business owners who need it. Our current Senior AEs consistently exceed their targets, and the earning potential reflects that. OTE: $120,000+, with uncapped upside for top performers. Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ. Primarily remote.
