The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: Dexcom is seeking a nimble, driven, and forward-thinking Supply Chain Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will serve as the daily interface between Dexcom's internal departments, our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor outsourced services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying and driving process improvements within the team. Where you come in: You will act as the daily interface between Dexcom's internal departments across Europe, our 3PL warehouses, and a select group of clients. You will monitor shared email inboxes to ensure timely communication and issue resolution. You will proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure SLAs are met. You will ensure transactional completeness in various IT systems. You will ensure internal and external processes are in place and followed. You will identify and implement process improvements. You will be responsible for creating and updating internal SOPs. You will manage communication with internal Dexcom teams regarding process changes, delays, and major incidents. You will support tender implementation and contract fulfilment in line with agreed timelines. You will work on product upgrades, as well as new product and market launches. You will perform other duties as assigned. What makes you successful: You have proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations. You are fluent in English. You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You are able to prioritize your workload and work independently. You are flexible when it comes to work tasks and timescales. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments. You are familiar with ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP. You have solid skills in Excel and Tableau, which would be an asset in this role. Your experience in a global or multinational setting would be valuable.
