- Metrics, Reporting & Compliance
- Monitor and analyze key risk metrics and dashboards, partnering closely with stakeholders to oversee remediation efforts and drive metrics toward target compliance levels.
- Assist in preparing accurate compliance documentation and data for audit engagements, ensuring the overall tech risk posture is transparent and well-documented.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, Cybersecurity, IT Audit, or Technology Consulting
- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- Familiarity with AI risk management frameworks, or possession of/interest in obtaining certifications such as the Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP).
- Experience working within a Large Financial Services institution, highly regulated environment, or technology consulting organization.

- McLean, VA: $131,300 - $149,800 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis
- Richmond, VA: $119,400 - $136,200 for Prin Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
