Requirements

  • The Difference You Will Make
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the operational, financial, and administrative performance of a high-volume portfolio of large-scale, complex community associations.
  • Executive Board Advisory: Act as the primary advisor to multi-member boards, guiding them through governance, legal compliance, and multi-year capital improvement planning.
  • Advanced Financials: Architect and oversee annual operating budgets and capital reserve funds.
  • Vendor & Contract Negotiations: Source and execute high-value, multi-site vendor contracts to optimize costs and ensure quality control across the portfolio.
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior managers, association coordinators, and maintenance staff.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in portfolio-level HOA, condo, or community association management (CAM).
  • Strong executive presence with advanced financial acumen, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of community association law and capital reserve budgeting.
  • CMCA credential required; AMS or PCAM designations highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Direct Reports and Reporting Relationship
  • Team Members in the Association Department, in addition to the ability to achieve results by working with others within the organization, regardless of the reporting relationship, is a critical success factor.

  • Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily exposed to an office environment.
