Catering Operations Executive

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills

Additional Information

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders - Coordinate with a salesperson on customer's order before delivery - Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle - Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places - Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement - Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc. - Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders - Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle - Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements - Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager
