Responsibilities
- Event Operations
- Supervise the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, including weddings, corporate
- functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Conduct pre-event briefings with banquet staff.

- Communicate last-minute event changes to relevant departments.
- Inventory & Equipment Management
- Monitor banquet equipment, furniture, and operating supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and equipment shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of banquet assets.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas.
- Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banquet, restaurant, or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
