Responsibilities

• It establishes, supervises and improves the processes in accordance with statistical control methodologies through the quality tools that the organization has defined.
• Provides resources and is responsible for managing the budget of its mini business unit (MBU) for the execution of activities, based on cost analysis (losses, materials, spare parts, etc.)
• Defines and maintains the configuration of processes and standards (tools of the Manufacturing Excellence program and facilitates the application of standards / systems).
• Supports the development of products / materials and the execution of projects according to design.
• He is responsible for continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable way through root cause analysis and standardization, to improve results.
• He is responsible for the KPI cascade of 'objectives' defined by the company, as well as training and guiding the operational teams to improve their behavior in accordance with the defined procedures and standards.
• Ensures the performance review process in a timely manner, as well as providing positive and timely feedback with staff in charge.
• Ensures that the operations meeting, is kept with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day, as well as determining the day's directions.
• Manage payroll effectively avoiding incidents

Requirements

• Mechanical, industrial, process or final engineering.
• Intermediate English - Advanced
• Availability of schedules
• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, manufacturing, projects or related
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Lean Manufacturing (5s, TPM, Kaizen, etc.), BPM'S
• ERP management (SAP, Kronos)
• Knowledge of ISO regulations.
• Competences: Leadership, Commitment, Focus on results, Empowerment.
• Knowledge of unionized workforce management and labor relations.
• Power BI.
