Currently, we are looking for a driven Project Trainee for our Expert Marketing department, to be based in Karachi.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital, and production agencies to create, launch, and deploy marketing assets (e.g., EDAs, leave-behinds, digital content) and organize events for key brands, including Panadol and CAC.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and digital teams, to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Support the Expert Marketing Manager in planning brand launches by assessing market dynamics, identifying key opportunities and challenges, and developing strategic plans to ensure a successful introduction to the market.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including managing webinars, WhatsApp communications, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints to enhance HCP engagement and reach.
- Lead the execution of star events like Global Pain Awareness Week, World Pharmacy Day, World Osteoporosis Month and participation in major conferences, while managing monthly onground and expert plans for key brands to ensure seamless delivery of all initiatives like Lunch & Learns
- Support and brainstorm new initiatives while analysing competitor landscape insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies and lead current content audits for value addition.
- Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing/ communications or a similar field
- Skills: Excellent communication & coordination skills, able to work both individually and as a team player, self-motivated able to handle multiple projects.
- Experience: 0-1 Year
