Direct maintenance and troubleshooting for PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment. Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as OEE, uptime, and maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe work environment. Develop and manage maintenance budgets and capital investment plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational effectiveness. The Senior Manager, Molding Equipment & Maintenance provides strategic and operational leadership for all maintenance activities within the molding division. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of injection molding equipment and all connected production systems. The position oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, supports capital equipment initiatives, and drives continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and maximize equipment effectiveness.
