Senior Web Analyst/Marketing analyst

About the role

As a Senior Marketing/Web Analyst, you will be transforming complex web data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with marketing and land development teams to enhance digital performance and deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will manage web data collection, aggregation, and visualization for multiple products across the organization. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech or IT environment
• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web tracking best practices
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar.
• Strong experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking implementation.
• Basic SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Basic Python knowledge
• Solid understanding of A/B testing best practices and applied statistics
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
