Senior 2D Animator (Spine)

We're looking for a Senior Animator - someone who brings characters and worlds to life with strong style and attention to detail. You won't just animate - you'll define how things feel and move, shaping the overall player experience. At this level, you'll own animation quality, influence visual direction, and help raise the bar across the team. We're a team of people who left safe jobs to build something better. What you'll do End-to-End Animation: Create fluid character animations, dynamic backgrounds, and eye-catching VFX; Tool Mastery: High-quality rigging and animation in Spine 2D and motion graphics in After Effects ; Visual Style Development: Collaborate with Art Directors to define the motion language for new game themes; Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize animations for seamless integration into game engines (performance matters); Creative Polish: Enhance player feedback through "juicy" animations that drive engagement and excitement.
