Responsibilities

- Lead training initiatives to build Lean and Operational Excellence capabilities across the site.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, cGMP, FDA regulations, and external standards through robust process improvements.
- Collaborate with global and divisional teams to share best practices and drive standardization efforts.
- Actively support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, promoting a zero-harm workplace and ensuring adherence to all safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects from concept through execution.
- Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
