  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executive teams and other executive stakeholders. Ability to navigate complex issues, bring clarity to a situation, and serve as a trusted advisor under pressure.
  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal savvy; capable of influencing at the highest levels.
  • Collaborative, enterprise-minded leader who fosters alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled at leading high-performing teams, building followership, and developing future talent.
