Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing products used by millions of customers.
- Demonstrated ownership of the entire product lifecycle - from problem discovery through delivery and iteration - with a focus on outcomes.
- Strong data literacy and a habit of diving into metrics to inform decisions.
- Solid technical fluency: you understand system architecture and can have credible technical discussions with engineers.
- Excellent structured thinking - you break down complex, ambiguous problems and connect them to the bigger picture.
- Bias for action and a hands-on approach: you'll dig into analytics, talk to customers, read regulations and drive projects forward.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment in fintech, comfortable navigating regulated products and controls. Talking to regulators is a plus.
- Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity - able to forge new paths when none exist.
- Advanced English.
