Responsibilities

  • Shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap using data, customer research, market insight and value-driven principles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing products used by millions of customers.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the entire product lifecycle - from problem discovery through delivery and iteration - with a focus on outcomes.
  • Strong data literacy and a habit of diving into metrics to inform decisions.
  • Solid technical fluency: you understand system architecture and can have credible technical discussions with engineers.
  • Excellent structured thinking - you break down complex, ambiguous problems and connect them to the bigger picture.
  • Bias for action and a hands-on approach: you'll dig into analytics, talk to customers, read regulations and drive projects forward.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an agile environment in fintech, comfortable navigating regulated products and controls. Talking to regulators is a plus.
  • Self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity - able to forge new paths when none exist.
  • Advanced English.

As Senior Product Manager for the Wise Account in Brazil you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the products that help Brazilians move and manage money across and within borders.
