About the role

Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals. Primary Responsibilities Support and strengthen departmental clinical operations through dedicated administrative leadership. Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, forms, and reports. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components. Support for key departmental initiatives, including quality improvement efforts, operational efficiency projects, and enhancements to workflows. Assist in recruitment and training of program staff. Assist in scheduling people and material resources. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Provide input on program design. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills. Strong Microsoft Office Suite, Epic, QGenda, Teams, Box, and SharePoint skills

Requirements

  • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum Required Experience: 3 year's

  • Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
  • Work Environment
  • Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
