Position Summary Sherman Bridge is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Investment Real Estate Mortgage Loan Originator to originate residential investment property loans for both New Western-sourced clients and outside real estate investors. This is an in-office sales role focused on direct loan origination, relationship management, and business development. The MLO will serve as a trusted financing advisor to real estate investors and New Western agents by structuring financing solutions, managing the loan process from application through closing, and helping clients grow their investment businesses.
