About the role
Lead and supervise all mechanical construction and execution activities , including static and rotating systems. Hands-on experience with mechanical completion and commissioning . Expertise in ADNOC standards and international codes for mechanical works. Bachelor's / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects. At least 5 years in a senior supervisory or section head role (Mechanical) . Strong experience in installation of rotating and static equipment . Proven ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas project experience. In-depth knowledge of API, ASME, OEM installation requirements , and equipment alignment procedures. Strong understanding of HSE standards and PTW systems . Experience managing large mechanical teams and subcontractors. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast-track and high-pressure project environments.
