Key job responsibilities In this role, you will source and engage candidates for technical profiles - including software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles - supporting teams that build and scale AWS services. You will proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission. Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. They must understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
