Your new role Reporting to QBE's Chief People Officer for AUSPAC, the General Manager, Organisational Transformation will lead the design and delivery of AUSPAC's organisational transformation agenda, with a focus on workforce transformation and system-level operating model effectiveness. The role is accountable for optimising workflows across the organisation to ensure they are cohesive, efficient and aligned to QBE's strategic objectives. With a broad accountability, this role will lead a large multidisciplinary team across Strategic Workforce Planning, Business Operations, Org Design and Change, driving alignment and best performance. Key accountabilities: Collaborate with AUSPAC Leaders to design and implement a cohesive AUSPAC operating model, connecting business operations, strategic workforce planning, org design and change to support strategic objectives. Lead AUSPAC's SWP and capability uplift, working in close partnership with the broader People team. Drive business optimisation and end-to-end process design as a vehicle for delivering organisational value and outcomes. Deliver workforce, workflow and ways of working outcomes through robust and effective transition and change plans. Drive the integration of people, process and technology considerations, ensuring transformation is grounded in how work is practically delivered. Embed strong change leadership practices, supporting adoption, capability uplift and sustainable behavioural change. Establish clear delivery discipline and performance focus, ensuring transformation initiatives deliver measurable operational and organisational outcomes. About you This is an opportunity for a strategic senior leader with experience managing end-to-end operating model or organisational transformation. Insurance industry experience is essential to success in this role. Ideal skills & experience: Strategic and hands-on experience in transforming organisations. Demonstrable experience connecting workforce strategy with operational execution. Proven ability to deliver operational transformation outcomes, not limited to strategy or design. Leadership skillset to lead large, cross-functional teams, including operations, workforce planning and change. Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and influencing capability at executive and senior leadership level. Prioritisation skills to balance people, process and technology transformation considerations.
