Our client is a premier global consulting and insurance brokerage firm specializing in life-insurance-based wealth transfer, estate legacy planning, and liquidity solutions. Due to business needs, they are looking to recruit a New Business Executive (Banking/Finance) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Region. The New Business Executive will be responsible for: Providing end-to-end administrative and operational support to Consultants throughout the new business process. Coordinating with Consultants, Private Bankers, clients and medical providers to arrange medical examinations and collect all required documentation, including financial information and KYC requirements. Attending client medical appointments or meetings on behalf of Consultants when required. Liaising with clients, bankers and insurers to facilitate meetings, documentation, policy issuance and policy delivery. Preparing and submit insurance applications and supporting documents to insurers. Monitoring and manage assigned cases, ensuring timely follow-up with clients, insurers and underwriters to drive applications towards successful completion. Tracking Consultants' sales pipeline and maintain accurate case updates within internal systems. Ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements and insurers' compliance standards. Partnering closely with Client Servicing, Illustration and Policy Servicing teams to ensure smooth processing of both new and existing policies. Supporting Consultants in preparing client presentation materials, product comparisons and meeting documentation. Assisting in coordinating annual policy reviews and ongoing client servicing activities.
