Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes. Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-Day Activities: Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness.
