As a Parts Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for parts functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a role for you! For this position, the expected base salary range is between $85,000 and $100,000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts. Job Description: Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers. Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments. Provide training and support for all parts functions as required. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering superior service. Facilitate change management in a demanding, customer-focused environment. Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes. Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day-to-Day Activities: Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness. Conduct safety talks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
