Peak Performance is looking for a proven leader to take the reins of our global communications team, including brand comms, internal comms, PR, Social Media and Influencer & Styling Specialist As Head of Global Communications, you'll lead a team of experts, unite strategy with execution, and ensure our brand is felt consistently and powerfully across every touchpoint, market, and moment. This is a key leadership role with strong influence on how our brand is perceived globally - internally and externally. This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm and you will report directly to VP Marketing. Your Mission: Define and execute the global communications strategy in line with company goals, brand and commercial calendar. Lead and mentor a team of four: Social Media Manager, Influencer & Styling Specialist, PR Manager, and Copywriter (TBD) fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Collaborate across departments and markets to ensure the brand comes to life with consistency, relevance, and impact. Own communication budgets and agency relationships to optimize effectiveness and ROI. Strengthen brand storytelling across earned, owned, and shared channels with compelling narratives rooted in outdoor lifestyle and performance. Internal Communication & Crisis Management: Partner with HR and leadership to deliver impactful internal campaigns, messages, and presentations that build pride and belonging. Lead crisis communications (products, supply chain, incidents, reputational risks). Act as a strategic advisor to management and leadership in sensitive situation.
