Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of fleet administration, including ordering, supply chain coordination, and safety tracking related to injuries and accidents.

- Monitor departmental supply levels and place orders to support ongoing operations.
- Assist with travel arrangements for division personnel, as needed.
- Manage conference room calendars and coordinate meeting space scheduling.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and other initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Knowledge/Skill/Abilities: Must have basic computer proficiency. Requires experience with Microsoft Office.
- Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
