About the role

The Product/Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling the company's medical device portfolio to hospitals and medical professionals in Singapore, with potential regional exposure.   • Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets for the assigned product portfolio and accounts.

  • Coordinate product evaluations, trials and conversions; gather feedback and relay field insights to marketing and regional stakeholders.
  • Conduct in‑service trainings, workshops and product demonstrations for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to increase product adoption and competency.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, and recommend actions to protect and grow market share.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support local and regional marketing programs such as conferences, symposiums and educational events as required.careers.

Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably with hospital‑based accounts.
  • Prior experience providing clinical or procedural support in hospital settings is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with clinicians and hospital procurement.
