About the role

- Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets for the assigned product portfolio and accounts.

- Coordinate product evaluations, trials and conversions; gather feedback and relay field insights to marketing and regional stakeholders.
- Conduct in‑service trainings, workshops and product demonstrations for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to increase product adoption and competency.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, and recommend actions to protect and grow market share.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and external healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Support local and regional marketing programs such as conferences, symposiums and educational events as required.careers.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- At least 2-5 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably with hospital‑based accounts.
- Prior experience providing clinical or procedural support in hospital settings is an advantage.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to engage confidently with clinicians and hospital procurement.
