Department: Communications Supervisor: Chief Communications Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Union Position: Yes Cycle Position through 12/31/2026 EMILYs List, the nation's largest resource for women in politics, is searching for a Traveling Media and Content Coordinator to join our Communications team. The Traveling Media and Content Coordinator will drive real-time storytelling and media engagement on the ground, supporting the execution of strategic communications and digital content while traveling with the EMILYs List President. This role is central to capturing, producing, and amplifying compelling content across platforms while ensuring seamless coordination with press and communications efforts. Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital, communications, campaigns, or media relations
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, compelling content quickly
• Experience managing press logistics and working directly with reporters
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and travel-intensive environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and write quickly and in a compelling manner about multiple topics;
• Energetic ability to multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced and changeable environment; willingness to invest multiple teams and stakeholders in communications efforts;
• Ability to use multiple mediums and approaches including new media to create multi-faced and effective campaigns;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours, including nights and weekends;
