Role Overview As an Associate Director, Solution Architecture within the Enterprise IT Legal, Compliance & Security Value Team, you will support the Compliance Product Line, delivering technology solutions for the Ethics & Compliance Office (ECO). In this role, you will serve as the technical and compliance authority, initially focusing on the enterprise-wide Restricted Party Screening (RPS) program. You will be accountable for the end-to-end solution blueprint for RPS architecture/integrations - defining and coordinating solution architectures with delivery teams, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and constraints, and driving implementation feasibility across integrated systems. This role demands advanced expertise in designing, building, and supporting high-performance, compliant integration architectures across a multi-system landscape. You will drive technical strategy, ensure robust throughput and performance, and act as a key communicator and negotiator with technical stakeholders, proving the value and reliability of the RPS solution. Over time, this role may expand to define solution architectures for additional programs and products across the broader Compliance Product Line and Legal, Compliance & Security IT Value Team. You should be ready to lead with authority, operate with a high degree of independence, and serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on technical leader. What will you do in this role - Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant RPS integration solutions, consolidating processes and systems (e.g., SAP, Wall Street Suite, Veeva CRM, etc.) into a unified enterprise platform for the Global Trade Standards & Controls (GTSC) team. - Lead technical design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integrations, ensuring optimal throughput, reliability, and performance across all integrated enterprise systems. - Own and enforce architectural standards, ensuring all architectural decisions, integrations, and data flows meet regulatory requirements and internal enterprise standards. - Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent integration streams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and technical challenges. - Develop and maintain comprehensive program artifacts, including architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, performance benchmarks, and risk registers. - Conduct technical presentations, demonstrating solution performance, compliance, and business value. - Support and enhance RPS Dashboards and Portal from a technical architecture perspective, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance, and responsiveness to GTSC team change requests. - Act as the development lead, helping developers plan work, transforming requirements into implementation strategy, creating technical tickets, and discussing tasks with developers prior to implementation. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize system throughput and performance, including advising on performance testing strategy, running and monitoring tests, and providing evidence-based recommendations and solutions to stakeholders. - Manage database architecture activities as needed, including database structure updates and data modification scripts to support integration and solution integrity. - Investigate support incidents and leverage insights to identify and propose improvements and optimizations that strengthen the robustness of the RPS solution. - Supervis
