SME Loan Specialist

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business loan and mortgage options, assessing their financial needs and goals
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial status and recommend appropriate loan products
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and advice
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations.
• Work closely with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals and favorable terms for clients
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements

• 1.) Proven experience in business loans, mortgages, or financial services (preferred but not required)
• 2.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 3.) Ability to assess financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
• 4.) Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
• 5.) Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• 6.) Singaporean or Singapore PR status
